Kindly share any necessary information before your appointment, fostering a smooth Mediation process. We are here to help you to prepare for a successful experience.

We offer a Hybrid Approach - with Sessions both IN PERSON and by ZOOM.

We offer Mediations in English and also in Spanish. Se Habla Español.

Regarding Cancellations

Our structured scheduling system helps minimize cancellations. Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule any Session.

Payment Standards

We accept all payment methods. We offer online payment options using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We offer Complimentary Case Evaluations with our Manager or paid Consultations with our Mediator to assess which type of Mediation is best for you. For Evaluative Mediations (with Shuttle Diplomacy), Settlement Conferences, and Facilitative Mediations - we ask for a 5-Hour Deposit - and we charge Hourly for every hour thereafter. For the Our Family In Two Homes Package - we ask for a Flat Fee for the Package. We otherwise offer Hourly Services.
